Praise God for a wonderful and memorable adventure hike to Mt. Kinabalu(4D3N-7 to 10 April 2025) The view up there is breathtaking. Prepared almost a year looking for tour agency, comparing prices, selection of dates and traning at Bukit Timah Hill, Gunung Pulai and Lambak Hill. With all this training, thinking should be sufficient to conquer with ease but it's not. It's way more difficult due to my cardio and the cut off time at Sayat Sayat check point, Summit point, Laban Rata Hotel and Timpohon Gate. It also due to high altitude. I thank God for good weather and protection when hiking from Panalaban to Summit.
Special thanks to OGP TRAVEL for preparing very well from briefing and advise us before our arrival and a smooth sailing itineraries.
I must say a big thank you to OGP for upgrading our rooms at Kundasang without additional cost after we complained the noise from vehicles on the road causes the us sleepless night. The accommodation cannot complain much. You get what you pay. Food is a very simple home cook meal.
During our dinner chit chat with OGP, we found out that there is another package where there is no cut off time but need to stay on Panalaban for 2 night which will cost more but it's santai hike. If there is a next time, will book that package. The standard 2D1N package most people book, I find it too rushing unless you are physically fit with sufficient training.

First timer join hiking gunung but one thing for sure OGP really knows their stuff.
Staff, guide, porter semua jaga participants very closely so can say your safety is a top priority.

Alhamdulillah… my recent Mount Kinabalu trip with Orang Gunung Putrajaya (OGP) was memorable and enjoyable (7-10 Feb 2025)
OGP really make full commitment to guide us before we went to the actual date (in terms of documents & physical preparation). The itinerary was clear, smooth flow from start to the end of my journey and successfully conquered the top of the mountain.
Miss Nina, our tour leader was so friendly, helpful & briefing us clearly before we hike. Not to mention, the comfortable accommodation, nice food, transportation and budget-friendly price all added up to an unforgettable experience.
Last but not least, thank you so much to the guides team for the incredible guidance and expertise on the mountain, I personally really appreciate their patience and knowledge that make this climb such a great experience! Thank you too to all of my group members, we came from different background etc. But we did encourage each others and managed to conquer Mount Kinabalu! ❤️
